ALCOHOL CANNOT BE SHIPPED AT THIS TIME.
Shipping Policy only refers to Spa Products, Accessories and Gift Cards.

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer $8 flat rate shipping within the continental United States. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, an additional $8 will be added for shipping.

Free Shipping is included for orders over $75 - for orders shipping within the continental United States.

Free Shipping is included for orders over $100 - for orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.


International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hellohesper.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.
